An eventful and wonderful weekend in Jozi

So much to say and very little energy to tell all so I'll just give a brief bullet-ed update:

-Had my first interview although I'm not sure if the participant can be included (out of the age range)
-Was reunited with my amazing friends Denise and Anzio!
-Went to the most amazing event, a She Speaks meeting where I met many poets, heard what their organization meant to them and some of their work!
-Am getting ready to spend the week in Jozi to interview as many of the She Speaks girls as I can as well as a possible 6 other poets!


I'll give more thorough updates later about these experiences, I need to rest for a bit first :)
